LeRoy senior Andrew Fox has been named to the National Football Foundation & College Hall of Fame. The National Scholar Athlete Program honors nearly 3,000 high school scholar-athletes and awards nearly $1 million annually toward their college education.

Andrew received the Silver Award and a $500 cash award. His name will be placed in the College Football Hall of Fame in South Bend, Indiana. He was honored along with several others at a banquet at the Burgundy Basin Inn on May 1, 2005. Drew was selected All LCAA - 1st Team, All Greater Rochester - 1st Team, and All New York State - 1st Team for his senior season in which he helped lead the Oatkan Knights to a state runner-up finish and 12-1 record. Drew will play in the Eddie Meath All Star game in August which honors the 2004 season's very best in local high school football talent.

Drew plans on attending St. John Fisher College in Rochester in the fall, majoring in Pre-Med/Sports Studies.
